At Good Union Urban BBQ, we aren’t known for the kinds of things that other barbecue restaurants are known for. We aren’t any other run-of-the-mill barbecue restaurant. Although “Good” is in the name, we typically go for great when it comes to our meals. Although we also offer breakfast, a kids menu, and a happy hour menu, lets focus on our main.
Stacker Sandwiches
Our Stacker Sandwiches are a hit piled high on a toasted brioche bun. From our sandwiches, you can choose from our Pig Mountain sandwich served with pulled pork, link sausage, smoky bacon, and pickle and onion. You can decide on The Bird sandwich which consists of backyard chicken, Texas whiskey BBQ, Swiss cheese, and smokey bacon, dressed. Most love our Pork & Slaw sandwich, made of tender pulled pork, Carolina sauce, creamy slaw, and pickle slices. You can choose our Brisket & Bacon, made with prime brisket, smoky bacon, whiskey sauce and cheddar, crispy onion ring, and lettuce and tomato. Last but not least, our Turkey & Swiss sandwich is a big hit served with peppered turkey breast, smoky bacon, Swiss, sweet relish mayo, lettuce and tomato.
Smokehouse Sandwiches
Smokehouse Sandwiches are served on a toasted brioche bun with onion and pickle with your choice of prime brisket (sliced or chopped), burnt ends, pulled pork, link sausage, backyard chicken, or peppered turkey.
Meats By The Pound
Here at Good Union Urban BBQ, we can serve you meats by either a quarter pound, half pounds or a half rack of spare ribs. All served with green chili cornbread, onion and pickle, you can decide between prime brisket, pulled pork, backyard chicken, link sausage, turkey, or burnt ends.
Prime Burgers
Our Prime Burgers are typically a hit where you can get The Classic which is served with union sauce, pickle, onion, lettuce and tomato, or an Easy Cheese which is The Classic with cheddar cheese. We have a delicious Big Whiskey burger served with Texas whiskey bbq sauce, smoky bacon, cheddar, crispy onion ring, lettuce, tomato and pickle. Lastly we have the Weekender burger which consists of cheddar, Swiss, bacon jam, maple mustard, lettuce, tomato, and pickle. Don’t all of those sound amazing?
Taco Time
Our incredible tacos are served on flour tortillas stuffed with smoked meat. You get to pick between five amazing tacos like the Border Town taco which is made from brisket, bacon, chili beans, lettuce, tomato, cheddar and lime cream. You can chose the Firebox taco made with burnt ends, lettuce, onion, pepper jack, and red chili cream. Or the Wingnut, consisting of tender chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pepper jack, and buffalo cream. People tend to love the Double Wide taco with pulled pork, bacon, quest, fried potato, and green salsa. For the people who are feeling like burnt ends, they go for the Meat & Potato burger which also has smoky bacon, fried potato and creamy queso.
Greens&Baked Spuds
People love our greens with a dressing choice and green chili cornbread, where they can chose the union salad, lady bird salad, or pinto ranch salad. As well as baked spuds when available which can either be the loaded spud with cheddar, bacon, butter, sour cream and chives, or the loaded spud with a choice of smoked meat,
Tasty Sides
Our tasty sides are absolutely perfect, with a choice of smokehouse beans, potato salad, creamy slaw, Mac and cheese, skinny fries, onion rings, or queso and chips.
Sweet Endings
Our Sweet Endings are an incredible way to end your meal with us, where you can choose Ms.Kim´s Banana Pudding topped with whip cream, or our cinnamon apple, cherry, or peach Handmade Fried Pie sprinkled with powdered sugar.
