Stacker Sandwiches & Smokehouse Sandwiches
Our Good Union Urban BBQ menu offers endless options for breakfast lunch, or dinner, ensuring there’s something delightful for everyone. At the top of our main menu, you’ll find our stacker sandwiches. These sandwiches are served piled high on a toasted brioche bun, each with its own unique twist. For example, our Pig Mountain sandwich is a favorite, featuring pulled pork, link sausage, smoky bacon, pickles, and onions. If you’re not feeling like pulled pork, we also offer chicken, turkey, and brisket options. Along with our Stacker Sandwiches and everything else on the menu, when you enter our Smokehouse Sandwiches portion of the menu, we have no doubt that you’ll find new choices that are sure to become your new favorites and staple items. These sandwiches are served on a toasted brioche bun with onion and pickle, and your choice of meat.
Meats By The Pound & Prime Burgers
At Good Union, we recognize the importance of quality meats, especially when it comes to crafting a delicious burger. On our menu you’ll find our Meats By The Pound section. Our meats are served with green chili cornbread, onion and pickle, and your choice of prime brisket, pulled pork, backyard chicken, link sausage, turkey, or burnt ends. Our burgers are beyond imagination, served on a toasted brioche bun. You can choose one of four amazing burgers: Whether its The Classic, the Easy Cheesy, Big Whiskey, or Weekender burger, we know that it’s right for you. Each burger has it’s own unique flair, and we’re excited to discover which one is your perfect match.
Taco Time & Greens
In addition to burgers and sandwiches, we take pleasure in offering other to die for items like tacos.. On our Taco Time menu, we put love all we have into each one of our taco dishes to ensure something incredible for you. These tacos are plated in flour tortillas stuffed with smoked meat. Choose from our Boarder Town taco, Firebox taco, Wingnut, Double Wide, or Meat & Potato taco, each offering a distinct and amazing flavor profile. Whether you’re sharing a salad before your meal, or indulging by yourself, our greens are made with the freshest of ingredients just for you. With three different salads, each are tossed beautifully with greens, vegetables, meat, and special additions, there’s something for every palate.
Baked Spuds & Tasty Sides
Not only do we have tacos, sandwiches, and burgers, but when available, we also find joy in serving you our baked spuds. Our loaded spud with cheddar, bacon, butter, and sour cream and chives is waiting for you, along with the same baked spud, but with your choice of meat added in. We believe that every incredible main dish should be paired with a delicious side, which is why we bring to you our smokehouse beans, potato salad, creamy slaw, Mac & cheese, skinny fries, onion rings, and queso and chips to compliment your meal.
